Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across all Emirates in the United Arab Emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.

Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 24 hours after order confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Dubai: 1–2 Business Days

• Abu Dhabi, Sharjah: 1–3 Business Days

• Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain: 2–4 Business Days

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

We may occasionally offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders within the UAE.

Please ensure the exact payment amount is ready at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to monitor your shipment.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos or videos of the package and product.
